The collection of user identification data can be carried out via email, telephone or printed matter and will be processed, under the terms approved by the National Data Protection Commission of Portugal. All data collection will operate according to the strictest security rules and no external entity has access to or can consult this data.
All employees are covered by a duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding the data, being duly informed of the importance of complying with this legal duty of secrecy and being required the corresponding responsibility.
The Processing of Personal Data is carried out in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, all in accordance with the provisions of European Directives 95/46 and 2002/58, Law No. 67/98 of 26 October and / or any legislation to regulate, add or replace the “Regulation on Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as RPDP).

Personal data obtained through email, telephone or printed forms are incorporated into a computer application. Access to information on file by employees is only possible with the insertion of access codes and the record is documented. The change to existing data in the archives is possible by keeping a record of the date and the user code responsible for the change.
Personal Data are treated with the degree of protection legally required to guarantee their security and prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, treatment or access.
